Campus Code
At Tatwamasi Vidyalaya, the Campus Code promotes discipline, responsibility, safety and mutual respect. Students and parents are expected to follow these guidelines to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Attendance and Punctuality
Students should attend school regularly and arrive on time. Parents must inform the school in advance about an absence whenever possible. Extended absence due to illness should be supported by a medical certificate from a qualified practitioner. Students recovering from an infectious illness may return only after receiving medical fitness clearance.
Conduct and Discipline
Students are expected to be polite, honest, sincere and respectful towards teachers, staff members and fellow students. Inappropriate language, disobedience, bullying, dishonesty and behaviour that disrupts the school environment are not acceptable.
Students must maintain academic integrity. The use of unfair means during examinations will result in appropriate disciplinary action and communication with parents.
Prohibited Items
Mobile phones, smartwatches, jewellery, costly articles, chewing gum, pan masala and other inappropriate items are strictly prohibited on the school premises. Students should not bring personal motor vehicles such as scooters or cars; only bicycles are permitted.
Care for School Property
Every student is responsible for keeping classrooms and shared spaces clean. Littering and damage to school property are strictly prohibited. Any loss or damage caused by a student may require compensation and appropriate corrective action.
Food and Health
Students should bring homemade vegetarian snacks or meals in a labelled lunchbox. Outside food, non-vegetarian food and packaged or processed food should not be brought to school. Students are encouraged to follow healthy eating habits.
Safety on Campus
Students must remain within the school campus throughout school hours, including recess. Leaving the campus without permission is not allowed. For the safety of every child, parents and guardians should follow the school’s established arrival, leave and dispersal procedures.
School Diary and Communication
Students should carry their school diary or calendar every day. Parents are requested to check it regularly, respond promptly to messages and countersign notices, circulars or evaluation sheets whenever required.
Parents wishing to meet a teacher or the Principal should follow the designated meeting schedule and obtain an appointment where necessary.
Personal Belongings
Lunchboxes, stationery and other belongings should be clearly labelled with the student’s name, standard and division. Students are advised not to bring expensive or unnecessary articles to school.
