Tribute to our Founder
With Bhagwan Shree Ayyappa's Grace, Tatwamasi Vidyalaya stands today as a beacon of inclusive and value-based education, a living legacy of its visionary Founder-Director, Late Shri V Nandakumaran. Established in 2008 under the aegis of Shree Ayyappa Temple, Vasna, the school was born from a deep commitment to making quality education accessible to all, regardless of background.
Nestled in the Ognaj area within the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation limits, our school is spread over 3.5 acres, offering a vibrant and nurturing environment for holistic development. Our School is currently affiliated with the Gujarat State Education Board (GSEB) and provides education in both English and Gujarati mediums, up to the 12th Standard (Commerce stream), preparing students not just for exams, but building Character for life, as embodied in our Mission!
Considering his herculean effort in building our School, the School Committee had decided that 19th April will be celebrated annually as Founder's Day of Tatwamasi Vidyalaya on an annual basis, thereby ensuring his legacy is remembered by all stakeholders of our school on a continual basis. Our School will thereby honour the vision, dedication, and contributions of the institution's founder, reflecting on our school's legacy and values. With Bhagwan's Grace and guided by Late Shri Nandakumaran's ideals and sustained by the dedication of our temple community, Tatwamasi Vidyalaya has grown steadily over the past 18 years, empowering thousands of students with knowledge, discipline, and opportunity.
